HealthHub retrieves your health records from the National Electronic Health Records (NEHR), the the Critical Medical Information System (CMIS), and various public healthcare institutions.
You can view health records for yourself, your child and your care recipients. To access health records for your child or care recipients, you must first ensure that you have added them as your care recipient in HealthHub. Once this is set up, simply tap Switch Profile to view their records.
Please note that not all health records can be viewed on HealthHub. Records are only available if your healthcare provider contributes data to NEHR or other connected systems.
You can view the following types of health records:
- Immunisation records: Retrieved from the National Immunisation Registry (NIR) based on notifications from your healthcare providers and participating healthcare institutions contributing to the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR). Records are displayed in descending order with the most recent on top, covering vaccines from the National Childhood Immunisation Schedule (NCIS) and the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS). Please note that your records may not be comprehensive and may contain duplicates.
- Lab reports: General lab test results from participating healthcare institutions contributing to the National Electronic Health Records (NEHR). Lab reports are displayed chronologically with the most recent on top, and you can access up to three years of past reports.
- Histology & cytology reports: Retrieved from participating healthcare institutions contributing to the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR). Reports are displayed chronologically with the most recent on top, and you can access up to three years of past reports. Histology & cytology reports are displayed on HealthHub with a minimum 6-week delay to ensure interpretation of reports is done in consultation with your doctor during your follow-up appointment.
- Genetic reports: Retrieved from the National Electronic Health Records (NEHR) and currently limited to Familial Hypercholesterolaemia (FH) tests. Reports are displayed chronologically with the most recent on top, and you can access up to three years of past reports. Genetic reports are displayed on HealthHub with a minimum 16-week delay to ensure interpretation of reports is done in consultation with your doctor during your follow-up appointment.
- Radiology reports: Retrieved from participating healthcare institutions contributing to the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR). Examples include X-ray, MRI, CT scan, mammogram and ultrasound reports. Reports are displayed chronologically with the most recent on top, and you can access up to three years of past reports. Radiology reports are displayed on HealthHub with a minimum 6-week delay to ensure interpretation of reports is done in consultation with your doctor during your follow-up appointment.
- Health screening records: Screenings under the Healthier SG Screening, including Cardiovascular Disease, Cervical Cancer, Colorectal Cancer, and Breast Cancer.
- Medical alert: G6PD Deficiency. Please note that HealthHub will continue to display this line item if you no longer have G6PD Deficiency, but the status will be updated to ‘NO’.
- Adverse drug reaction/ drug allergy: Records retrieved from Critical Medical Information System (CMIS). To view your updated Adverse Drug Reaction/ Drug Allergy in HealthHub, please approach your healthcare provider or clinician to update your latest information within the system.
Please note that lab reports, histology & cytology reports, and genetic reports are located in the lab test reports if you are accessing them through the HealthHub mobile app.

- Your report should always be interpreted in consultation with your healthcare provider.
- Reports displayed on HealthHub may not contain all details provided in the report given to you. Please refer to the printed report collected from your healthcare provider for your detailed results.
