Follow the steps below in sequence to enable Push Notifications in HealthHub.
1. Ensure that you have enabled push notifications in HealthHub:
Step 1: Access your HealthHub app.
Step 2: From the 'Home' screen, tap on the ‘Settings’ icon at the top right corner of the screen
Step 3: Toggle the 'Enable Push Notifications' to ON
2. Ensure that you have enabled push notifications for HealthHub app on your mobile phone settings:
Step 1: Go to your mobile phone's 'Settings'
Step 2: Under Apps, locate your HealthHub app to amend its settings
Step 3: Toggle the ‘Allow Notifications’ to ON
For Children's Health's notifications, please ensure that you have added your child as a care recipient on HealthHub.
