What should I take note of when changing my appointments?

  • Ensure that you have sufficient supply of medication to last you till the next appointment.
  • Check the validity of your Medical Certificate, if applicable.
  • Ensure that you have completed any tests or special arrangements that need to be done prior to seeing your Specialist
  • Remember to bring along any necessary documents as previously instructed e.g. X-ray forms.
