If you wish to remove your caregiver’s access to your health records, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login to HealthHub app with your Singpass
Step 2: Click on ‘Health Profiles’ at the bottom navigation bar located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Under ‘My caregivers’, click on “Show” to expand section and select the caregiver whom you wish to remove.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Delete’ bin icon at the top right corner of the screen to delete.
