What are the eligibility criteria to add a child in HealthHub?

As a parent, you can add your child under Children's Health if your child is below 21 years old and meets either of the following eligibility criteria:

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Both you and your child are Singapore citizens or permanent residents* OR
  2. Your child is currently enrolled in primary school, secondary school, junior college or a centralised institute and you are listed as their legal guardian. (This excludes students in pre-schools, religious schools, private schools, polytechnics and universities.)

Important Note:
As the national digital health app, HealthHub relies on official records to verify nationality and citizenship, parent-child relationships, and the legal guardianship of a child.

*Only the sponsoring parent will be able to add your child in the HealthHub app. This refers to the parent who sponsored the child at the point of application for Permanent Resident or for Naturalised Singapore Citizenship. Your child should be sponsored by either you or your spouse, as there can only be one sponsoring parent per child.
