Please follow the steps below to add your child on HealthHub:

Step 1: Login to HealthHub app with your Singpass
Step 2: From the ‘Home’ screen, click on ‘Health Profiles’ at the bottom navigation bar located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Under the section ‘My children’, click on ‘Add my love ones’, and then ‘Add child’.
Step 4: Follow through the steps to key in your child’s Birth Certificate/ NRIC

After you have successfully added your child as a care recipient, you can access your child’s records and book appointments on the HealthHub app.
