I am the legal guardian/adopted parent of my child. Can I add my child in HealthHub?

You will be able to add your child in HealthHub after you have completed all the required steps in the Adoption Process.

After the Adoption Order has been granted by the Court and with issuance of new Birth Certificate for your child by Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), you would be able to add your child in HealthHub.
