I am unable to add my newborn on HealthHub. Why is this so?

HealthHub as the national digital health app relies on the official records from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to perform eligibility check on nationality/ citizenship and Parent-Child relationship, as well as records from the Ministry of Education (MOE) to ascertain the Legal Guardian of a child.

It may take some time before the official records are updated. If you still encounter issues to add your child after a few working days, you can reach out to us at contact_us@healthhub.sg for further assistance.
