Yes, you can. Please call HPB Student Health Centre at 64353895 to cancel the appointment.

After taking the immunisation from your own doctor, please fax a copy of the Immunisation certificate to HPB Student Health Centre at fax number 64387166. Please address this to the Nurse Manager, Student Health Centre and also keep a copy of the certificate in the Health Booklet.
