How do I retrieve COVID-19 vaccination report in PDF on HealthHub?

Please follow the steps below to retrieve a PDF copy of your vaccination report:

1. Log in to HealthHub app with your Singpass
2. From the ‘Home’ screen, click on “Services” at the bottom navigation bar located at the bottom of the screen
3. Select “Immunisation records” under Popular Services
4. Click on “Download PDF” under the “Completed Immunisations” section
