What types of radiology reports will be shown on HealthHub? Where does HealthHub get my radiology reports from? How far back can I view my radiology reports?

HealthHub retrieves your radiology reports from the National Electronic Health Records (NEHR). Examples of radiology reports include X-ray, MRI, CT scan, mammogram and ultrasound reports. Reports are displayed in chronological order, with the most recent reports listed on top. You can access up to three years of past reports.

To ensure that the interpretation of reports is done in consultation with your doctor during your follow-up appointment, your radiology reports will be displayed on HealthHub with a minimum of 6 weeks delay.

For example, if radiology is performed on 5 July 2025, the report will only be displayed on HealthHub on or after 16 August 2025 with a minimum of 6 weeks delay.

If you need urgent access to your radiology report or cannot locate it, please contact your healthcare provider directly.
