Your care provider may access your record prior to your visit to prepare for your upcoming visit; or they may access your record if you are still under their care for follow-up/monitoring purposes. If you have queries with regard to the purpose of the access, you can write to us at nehr.feedback@synapxe.sg. Do preferably include a screenshot of what is shown on the NEHR Access History to help us look into the case.
