You can grant access to your family members or loved ones to view your health records and manage e-Services on your behalf. You can also select the types of health records that your caregiver has access to.

Note:
From 23 November 2025, any new caregiver you appoint will automatically have full access to all your health records on HealthHub.
If you have appointed a caregiver before 23 November 2025, they'll get full access to all your records once you accept and agree to the changes.
