How do I change my enrolled Healthier SG clinic on HealthHub?

Yes, you can switch clinics after you have enrolled.

You can do so via HealthHub or go to an Enrolment Station (see https://www.gowhere.gov.sg/healthiersg for locations). You may also call the MOH hotline at 6325 9220.

We will support one change of enrolled clinic in a year to accommodate personal preferences and changes in life circumstances, e.g., families who move house. As some residents may need more time to find a clinic that they are comfortable with at the start, we will support up to four changes for the initial enrolment period.

 

Follow these steps to change your enrolled clinic on HealthHub. 

Step 1: Access Healthier SG
On the HealthHub homepage, tap the Healthier SG banner. Alternatively, go to Services > Healthier SG. Select the user whose clinic you want to change.

Step 2: Navigate to your enrolled clinic
On the Health Plan tab, scroll down to view your current enrolled clinic. Tap Show more, then select Change enrolled clinic.

Step 3: Verify your eligibility to change enrolled clinic
Check how many times you can still change your clinic. Tap Enrol with a new clinic, then confirm by tapping Yes, enrol with a new clinic to proceed. 

Important notes:

  • Your existing Healthier SG appointment with your current clinic will be automatically cancelled.
  • You must cancel any vaccination and screening appointments with your current clinic before booking an appointment with your new clinic to be eligible for the Healthier SG subsidies.

Step 4: Select and confirm your new clinic
Choose your preferred clinic and tap Confirm enrolment to complete the change.
