I have recently received my Singapore PR, but I am unable to add my child in HealthHub to view his health records. What can I do?

HealthHub as the national digital health app relies on the official records from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to perform eligibility check on nationality/ citizenship and Parent-Child relationship, as well as records from the Ministry of Education (MOE) to ascertain the Legal Guardian of a child.

As you were recently granted permanent residence status in Singapore, it may take some time before the official records are updated.
