HealthHub as the national digital health app relies on the official records from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to perform eligibility check on nationality/ citizenship and Parent-Child relationship, as well as records from the Ministry of Education (MOE) to ascertain the Legal Guardian of a child.
As such, relationships with the child must be updated at the source in the records of MHA and MOE, by providing the relevant official documents to the authorities.
