Follow these steps to book an appointment at polyclinic:
Step 1:
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Appointments under Quick Links. Then tap Make new appointment
Step 2:
Tap Book Polyclinic Appointment
Step 3:
Doctor consultation will be pre-selected by default. You can tap Change if you wish to make an appointment for a different service type
Step 4:
Search and choose a polyclinic by entering a keyword or select from the list
Step 5:
Complete the pre-appointment screening form
Step 6:
Select your preferred appointment time slot
Step 7:
Check that your appointment details are correct, and tap Confirm to proceed
