You can use the Medication Refill e-Service on HealthHub to submit medication refill requests from participating public healthcare institutions for yourself, your child and your care recipients. To submit a refill request for your child or care recipients, you must first ensure that you have added them as your care recipient on HealthHub. Once this is set up, simply tap Switch Profile to manage their medication refill request.
Follow these steps to submit a request to refill your medication or prescription in HealthHub:
Step 1: Select Medication refill
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Medication refill under Quick Links. You can also locate this e-Service under Services > Medication > Medication refill.
Step 2: Select the institution
Select the institution that issued the prescription.
Step 3: Select the prescription/ medication
View your medication balance and select the prescription or medication you wish to refill. Tap Select refill option to proceed.
Step 4: Select refill option
Select your preferred refill option. You can select from the below options:
- All remaining balance: Collect all remaining balance of your selected medications.
- Specific duration: Indicate a specific period (e.g. 12 weeks) for all your selected medications. This option will be unavailable if one or more items do not fulfil the request condition.
- Selected medications only: Choose the quantity or duration for each selected medication individually. You can add up to 20 items in a single request.
Tap Next to proceed.
Step 5: Enter your details
Follow the on-screen instructions to input your name, contact number and email address.
Step 6: Select your preferred mode to receive your medication
You can choose between self-collection or delivery to receive your medication.
- Delivery: Select your preferred delivery date and time based on availability, then followed by your delivery address.
- Self-collection: Select your preferred location and date for self-collection.
Step 7: Select your preferred payment mode
Select your preferred payment mode. Payment will be processed by the issuing institution after your order is fulfilled.
Step 8: Check your medication refill request
Ensure all details entered are correct and tap Submit request. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you.
Important notes:
- You must have a valid prescription with remaining uncollected medication to submit a refill request. Refill requests can only be submitted to the institution that issued your prescription.
- If you do not have a prescription with remaining medication, please contact your healthcare provider.
- Please ensure you have at least 2 weeks of medications before requesting a delivery. For urgent requests, you may wish to opt for self-collection at the pharmacy or walk-in to the pharmacy for medication collection.
