You can view your existing prescriptions with balance medications on HealthHub. For clinical safety, prescriptions are only valid for a year after their date of issue.
Follow these steps to view your prescription/ medication balance on HealthHub:
Step 1: Select Medication refill
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Medication refill under Quick Links. You can also locate this e-Service under Services > Medications > Medication refill.
Step 2: Select the institution
Select the institution that issued the prescription.
Step 3: View your prescription/ medication
If prompted, select your prescription ID. You can now view your prescription/ medication balance.
