How do I amend my request for medication refill after submission?

If you have made the wrong order or wish to amend your delivery/ collection method, you can amend your medication refill request by cancelling and resubmitting your order on HealthHub. Follow these steps to cancel and resubmit your medication refill request:

Step 1: Select Medication refill history
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Services > Medications > Medication refill history.

Step 2: Cancel and resubmit
On the request you wish to amend, tap View details, followed by Cancel request to delete your refill request. You can then submit another request with the correct details. 

If the option to cancel is not available on HealthHub, please contact your pharmacy directly for further assistance.
