You need a valid prescription with balance medications to submit a refill request. If you have collected all your balance medications, prescription has expired or you have insufficient medication to last you till the next appointment, you can submit a request to repeat your prescription.
Follow these steps to repeat your prescription.
Step 1: Select Medication refill
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Medication refill under Quick Links. You can also locate this e-Service under Services > Medications > Medication refill.
Step 2: Select the institution
Select the institution that issued the prescription, and tap Repeat prescription.
Note:
If you are not able to find the option to repeat prescription, please visit or contact the pharmacy of the issuing institution directly.
Step 3: Select the Clinic
Search and select the clinic from the drop-down list, then tap Next.
Step 4: Fill Up the Form
Select the reason, and upload your medication image. Key in the medication name, quantity and duration/ unit. If there are more than one medication, tap Add medication to add more. Tap Next to proceed.
Step 5: Enter your details
Follow the on-screen instructions to input your name, contact number and email address.
Step 6: Select your preferred mode to receive your medication
You can choose between self-collection or delivery to receive your medication.
- Delivery: Select your preferred delivery date and time based on availability, followed by your delivery address.
- Self-collection: Select your preferred location and date for self-collection.
Step 7: Select your preferred payment mode
Select your preferred payment mode. Payment will be processed by the issuing institution after your order is fulfilled.
Step 8: Review and submit your request
Ensure all details entered are correct and tap Submit request. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you.

Please note that all repeat prescription requests are subject to each institution's review and policies. Administrative charges may apply.
