Your medical report will typically be ready within 4 to 6 weeks from submission of complete application, supporting documents, and payment. Requests for duplicate copies of investigation results, discharge summaries, or medical certificates typically require 1 to 2 weeks.
Your request will only be processed upon the receipt of the completed application form, required supporting documents and payment of the processing fees.
Processing time may be extended in the event that:
- The patient defaults on required assessments crucial to the completion of the medical report;
- Patient has upcoming appointments or is currently warded.
- The assigned Doctor required to process the medical report is not available;
- Reports are requested from several clinical departments;
- Access to your medical information is blocked due to unforeseen circumstances;
- The application form is incomplete and/or supporting documents required for verification are not produced.
If you have not received your report after 6 weeks, contact the institution directly to check on your request status.
