Different institutions may provide different collection mode(s); not all collection modes will be applicable to your chosen institution.
- Delivery: Enter your preferred delivery address, date, and time.
- Self-collection from pharmacy at institution: Select your preferred collection date. Please take note of the pharmacy's operating hours.
- Self-collection from locker outside institution: Select your preferred locker location and collection date.
- Self-collection from locker at institution : Select your collection date.
- Self-collection from pharmacy outside institution: Select your preferred location and collection date.
