You can make or request an appointment at your preferred hospital or specialty centre through the HealthHub app by following these steps:
Step 1:
Log in to the HealthHub app and tap Appointments under Quick Links, then tap Make new appointment.
Step 2:
Scroll through the list and select your preferred hospital or specialty centre.
Note: If you select National Skin Centre, you will be able to book your appointment in real time. Simply select your preferred doctor and choose an available date and time that suits you. For all other institutions, proceed to the next step.
Step 3:
Fill in the Appointment Request Form with your referral details and a brief description of your medical condition or symptoms. You may also select a specialty and indicate your preferred doctor, if applicable.
Step 4: Tap Submit once you have completed the form. The institution will follow up with you on your appointment request.
