How do I reschedule an appointment using the HealthHub app?

Follow these steps to reschedule your appointment. To manage appointments for your child or care recipients, ensure that you have added them as a care recipient in HealthHub first. Once this is set up, simply tap Switch Profile to manage their appointments.


Step 1: 
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Appointments under Quick Links.


Step 2:
Select the appointment that you wish to reschedule from your upcoming appointments.


Step 3:
Tap Reschedule. Select your preferred appointment time and date within the stipulated date range, then tap Next.

Step 4:
Review your rescheduled appointment details and tap Submit to confirm.


If your appointment cannot be rescheduled via the HealthHub app, please submit a request online or contact the institution directly for further assistance.
