[From 27 July] Health Plan AI will use information from your Health Plan (e.g., exercise goals), your demographic (e.g., age, gender) and any personal preferences you provide to create a personalised 7-day exercise plan that is safe and considers your preferences.
Your personal data will be protected in accordance with data protection requirements including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
