Overview
You can book, cancel, and reschedule medical appointments for yourself, your child and care recipients at public healthcare institutions, anytime, anywhere. Your appointments are listed in chronological order for easy reference.
Important Note
- Online appointments are for non-emergency, non-urgent cases only. For emergencies, please call 995 or go to your nearest Emergency Department
- Please ensure you have enough medication to last until your next appointment
Making a New Appointment
Follow these steps to book an appointment at a polyclinic:
Step 1
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Make new appointment.
Step 2
Tap Book Polyclinic Appointment.
Step 3
Doctor consultation will be pre-selected by default. You can tap Change if you wish to make an appointment for a different service type.
Step 3.1
You will be able to see the list of available service types.
Step 4
Search and choose a polyclinic by entering a keyword or select from the list.

You will be able to see the list of polyclinics.
Step 5
Select your preferred appointment time slot.
Step 6
Complete the pre-appointment screening form.
Step 7
Check that your appointment details are correct, and tap Confirm to proceed.
Step 7.1
You will be able to see your upcoming appointment once it has been made successfully. You can contact the polyclinic directly if you require further assistance on your appointment.
Note
If you are a first-time patient at the selected healthcare institution, create your profile using MyInfo and proceed to self-service to book appointment.

Rescheduling Your Appointment
Follow these steps to change your appointment date or time:
Step 1
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Appointments under Quick Links.
Step 2
Find your upcoming appointment that you wish to change, and tap Reschedule.
Step 3
Select your preferred date and time from the available slots when prompted.
Step 4
Review your rescheduled appointment details and tap Submit to confirm.
Step 5
You will be able to see your upcoming appointment once it has been made successfully. You can contact the polyclinic directly if you require further assistance on your appointment.
Important
If you're unable to reschedule your appointment on the app, contact the institution directly.
Cancelling Your Appointment
Follow these steps to cancel an existing appointment:
Step 1
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Appointments under Quick Links.
Step 2
Find your upcoming appointment that you wish to cancel and tap Cancel.
Important
If you're unable to cancel your appointment on the app, contact the institution directly.
Set Up Your Preferred Polyclinic
This is only applicable for polyclinics and not applicable to hospitals and specialist centres. Follow these steps to set up your preferred polyclinic:
Step 1
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Appointments under Quick Links.
Step 2
Then tap on Make new appointment.
Step 3
Tap on Setup Preferred Polyclinics.
Step 4
Scroll to view all polyclinics or key in your postal code to find the polyclinics nearest to you.
Step 5
Tap on the Star Icon on the right to favourite up to 3 polyclinics.
Step 6
Then tap on save to proceed. Your preferred polyclinics will be at the top of the list when you book your next appointment.
Step 7
Your preferred polyclinics have been saved successfully.
Manage Your Appointments via Other Channels
If you’re having trouble booking, cancelling, or rescheduling through the app, or if no slots are available, reach out to your healthcare institution directly. Please visit their websites for more information. Use the booking links according to your healthcare cluster:

HealthHub currently does not display appointments from the DSC (Department of Sexually Transmitted Infections Control).

Mobile Registration for Your Appointment
Save time on appointment day by pre-registering through the HealthHub app. You can get a queue number and view your clinic details. Depending on your healthcare institution, pre-registration opens 30 to 90 minutes before your appointment.
Follow these steps to register for your appointment:
Step 1
Tap Manage appointments.
Step 2
Tap Register.
Step 3
Complete the health declaration form.
Step 4
Your queue number will be assigned and displayed on HealthHub. You can refresh and view your latest queue status by tapping Tap to update.
Step 5
You can also view your queue status from the home screen by tapping Manage appointments, followed by Check queue.
Note
- Running late? You may still be able to pre-register through the app up to 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, depending on the healthcare institution
- If the Register button under Today's Appointment on HealthHub is no longer available, please proceed to the Registration Counter to register in person
Things to Know
You can book vaccination appointments through HealthHub. Different polyclinics across healthcare clusters may offer different vaccines. When booking an appointment, make sure to read the description box to confirm your needed vaccine is available at your chosen polyclinic.
The following adult vaccines are available at polyclinics:
- Chickenpox
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- HPV (Human Papillomavirus)
- Influenza (flu vaccine)
- Meningitis
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
- Pneumococcal
- Shingles
- Pertussis
- Tetanus
- Tdap
- Typhoid
If you need vaccinations for travel, please book your appointment 4-6 weeks before your travel date.
For citizens enrolled in Healthier SG, please book your nationally recommended vaccination appointment at the Healthier SG clinic where you are enrolled in.
Doctor Consultation appointment slots at polyclinics become available for booking at 10:00pm the night before your intended visit, except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Appointment slots displayed on HealthHub are subject to the availability at individual public healthcare institutions.
If you are unwell and unable to secure an appointment slot, you may:
- Visit CHAS GP clinics. Appointments can be booked through https://book.health.gov.sg/
- Call the polyclinic contact centre for assistance
How do I find out what I need to bring for my appointment?
You can refer to the description notes tagged to your appointment details in HealthHub. These notes contain essential information about documents you need to bring, any preparation steps required before your visit or any special instructions specific to your appointment type.
If you need clarification about the instructions, you can contact the healthcare institution directly for assistance.
