Overview
HealthHub is Singapore's national digital health platform, a Ministry of Health initiative developed and operated by Synapxe. It brings together your health records and information from public healthcare institutions and national systems, including the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) and National Immunisation Registry (NIR), so you can manage your health in one place.
Here’s what you can do with HealthHub:
- Managing appointments: View, book, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments
- Registering appointments: Register and check your queue number before your appointment
- Handling payments: Pay and keep track of medical bills online
- Viewing health records: View your test results, health screenings and immunisation records
- Managing medications: Request a medication refill or renew a repeat prescription
- Caregiver access: Manage your loved ones’ health records once you’ve added their health profiles
