If you are eligible to use Health Plan AI, you will be able to view and access the beta feature through the Healthier SG module on the HealthHub app or website. Here’s how you can access Health Plan AI from the Healthier SG module:
Step 1:
Open the HealthHub app or website, tap on the Healthier SG banner to access the Healthier SG module.
Step 2:
In the Health Plan tab, select Get your exercise plan (BETA) under Your Recommended Actions.
You will first need to complete a mandatory one-time physical activity readiness declaration. Thereafter, please follow the on-screen prompts to input your preferences and generate your personalised exercise plan.
