Why is HealthHub showing me a message to update my phone's operating system (OS), and what should I do?

Your device's OS may be below HealthHub's upcoming minimum requirement (iOS 18 / Android 11 or higher). You can continue using the app as normal, the message is a reminder, not a restriction. It will appear each time you open HealthHub from July to November 2026, unless you tap "Do not show again this month", in which case it will reappear on the 1st of the following month. To stop seeing the reminder entirely, update your device's OS to iOS 18 or Android 11 or higher. If you are unable to update, you can still access healthcare services at www.healthhub.sg via a web browser.
