How do I get access to the health records of my care recipient? What can I do on HealthHub on behalf of my care recipient?

As a caregiver, you can assist your care recipient with medical appointment requests, medical bill payments and medication refills, as well as view their health records.

Updates to Caregiver Access Levels

From 23 November 2025, any newly appointed caregiver will automatically have full access to their care recipient's health records, including current records and any new ones added in future.

If you were appointed as a caregiver before 23 November 2025, you will receive full access once your care recipient has accepted and agreed to the changes.
