If you no longer wish to view your care recipient’s health records, follow these steps to remove them from HealthHub.
Step 1:
Log in to the HealthHub app with your Singpass account
Step 2:
Tap Health Profiles on the bottom navigation bar
Step 3:
Scroll down to the Family & friends section and tap Update Profile for the user you wish to remove
Step 4:
Tap Remove loved one to remove your care recipient
