If you no longer wish to view your care recipient’s health records, follow the steps below to remove him/ her in HealthHub.

Step 1: Login to HealthHub app with your Singpass account
Step 2: Click on ‘Health Profiles’ at the bottom navigation bar located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Under ‘People under my care’ and click on the user profile whom you wish to remove.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Edit’ pencil icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Delete’ bin icon at the top right corner of the screen to delete.
