Why do I only see my care recipient's appointments and nothing else?

Your care recipient may have only granted you access to view their upcoming appointments. Please contact your care recipient to adjust and update your level of access in HealthHub.


Updates to Caregiver Access Levels
From 23 November 2025, any newly appointed caregiver will automatically have full access to all their care recipient's health records, including current records and any new ones added in future.

If you were appointed as a caregiver before 23 November 2025, you will receive full access once your care recipient has accepted and agreed to the changes.
