Updates to Caregiver Access Levels
From 23 November 2025, any new caregiver you appoint will automatically have full access to all your health records, including current records and any new ones added in future.
If you appointed a caregiver before 23 November 2025, they will receive full access to your records once you accept and agree to the changes.
Amending Caregiver Access
From 23 November 2025, you cannot customise the level of access for your caregiver—access is either full or none. If you wish to restrict access, you will need to remove your caregiver entirely. Follow these steps to remove your caregiver.
