I am having trouble granting access to my caregiver. Who can I reach out to for further assistance?

To set up this caregiver relationship, ensure the following conditions are met:

1. Both of you are either a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, i.e. FIN holders and foreigners are not eligible to use this function.
2. Both of you must be at least 21 years old.
