Yes, you can cancel your child’s immunisation appointment. You can either cancel directly through HealthHub or email Contact_YPS@hpb.gov.sg to request cancellation.
After taking the immunisation from your own doctor, you may inform your doctor/clinic to update the records via the National Immunisation Registry (NIR) website at https://www.nir.cda.gov.sg/nirp/eservices/login. Alternatively, you may submit a request through the NIR website to update the records.
Please also keep a copy of the immunisation certificate in the Health Booklet.
