Whose hospital bills can I pay for?
You can view and pay bills for yourself, your child and your care recipients, or on behalf of someone else. To manage bills and payments for your child or care recipients, you must first ensure that you have added them as your care recipient in HealthHub. Once this is set up, simply tap Switch Profile to access their billing information.

The service allows you to:

  • View outstanding bills that require payment
  • View your payment history for previously paid bills under 'History'
  • Make payments for any outstanding bills

Paying Bills for Others
To pay bills on behalf of someone else, use the Add Other Bill(s) function at Payments. Simply select the healthcare institution, enter the invoice or case number, and the patient's NRIC.
