Payments made through HealthHub using credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard) or debit cards will be reflected on HealthHub within 3 working days.
If your payment fails or is still pending, please follow the instructions shown on the screen for your next step. If your payment is still not reflected after 3 working days, contact your healthcare institution’s hotlines directly.
Payment Made Through Other Channels
Payments made through other channels (such as self-service kiosks, PayNow or AXS machines) will not be reflected on HealthHub. Please contact your healthcare institution directly to check the status of these payments.
Special Note
For National Skin Centre, payments may take up to 2 weeks or longer to be reflected.
