Caregivers can help their eligible care recipients enrol in Healthier SG through HealthHub's Health Profiles if both of the following conditions are met:
- Your care recipient has received the SMS invitation for Healthier SG from the Ministry of Health (MOH) (sent from a registered sender ID “gov.sg” and not a number)
- You have added your care recipient under People under my care on HealthHub
Updates to Caregiver Access Levels
From 23 November 2025, any newly appointed caregiver will automatically have full access to their care recipient's health records, including current records and any new ones added in future.
If you were appointed as a caregiver before 23 November 2025, you will receive full access once your care recipient has accepted and agreed to the changes.
