How do I temporarily disable the pop-up blocker when making a payment using eNETS?

Follow these steps according to the web or mobile browser that you are using.


Browser: Microsoft Edge

Step 1: Allow pop-ups in mobile view / portal view
Click or tap the “” button, then locate the Settings or Gear icon. Type “pop-up” in the search box. Ensure the search results return “Pop-ups and redirects – 1 result”.

Step 2: Add pop-up site URL to allow eNETS Direct Debit Payment
Under the Allow section, click or tap the “Add” button. A dialogue box titled “Add a site” should appear. Type in the applicable pop-ups site URLs to allow eNETS Direct Debit Payment:

  • enets.sg
  • dbs.com (For DBS/POSB Account holders)
  • uob.com.sg (For UOB Account holders)
  • citibank.com.sg (For Citibank Account holders)
  • ocbc.com (For OCBC Account holders)
  • plus.com.sg (For Plus! Account holders)
  • standardchartered.com.sg (For Standard Chartered Account holders)

 Next, click or tap the Add button to complete adding the pop-up site URL. Ensure the added pop-up site URL appears inside the “Allow” section.

 

Browser: Safari

Step 1: Allow pop-ups in mobile view / portal view
Click or tap the Settings icon, then type “Safari” in the search box. Ensure the search results return “Safari”. Click or tap the “Safari” icon.

Step 2: Toggle off pop-ups setting
Toggle off “Block Pop-ups”.

 

Browser: Chrome

Step 1: Allow pop-ups in mobile view / portal view
Click or tap the “” button, then locate the Settings or Gear icon. Locate Content settings and click or tap it.

Step 2: Toggle off pop-ups setting
Toggle off “Block Pop-ups”.

 

Browser: Firefox

Step 1: Allow pop-ups in mobile view / portal view
Click or tap the “” button, then locate the Settings or Gear icon. Under the General section, click or tap “Browsing”.

Step 2: Toggle off pop-ups setting
Under Media section, toggle off “Block Pop-up Windows”.
