Follow these steps to view and pay your outstanding bills on HealthHub:
Step 1: Access your bills
Log in to your HealthHub app and tap Payment under Quick Links. If you need to view bills for your child or care recipients, you must first ensure that you have added them as your care recipient in HealthHub. Once this is set up, you can switch to their profiles.
Step 2: View your outstanding bills
Your outstanding bills will be organised by healthcare clusters. Tap on the cluster where you have payments due to see your bills.
Step 3: Select bills for payment
Tap Download Bill to view the details of each bill. You can pay for multiple outstanding bills within a single transaction. Select the bill(s) for payment and tap Pay.
Step 4: Enter your details
Follow the on-screen instructions to input your name, contact number and email address.
Step 5: Choose payment method
Select your preferred payment option. HealthHub accepts credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard) and debit cards. Enter your card details when prompted.
Step 6: Verify your payment
You will need to verify and approve your payment through your banking app. Follow the on-screen instructions to launch your banking app and approve the transaction using the push notification or digital token within the given timeframe.
Step 7: Confirmation
Once your payment is successful, you will be notified confirming the transaction is complete. A copy of the receipt will be sent to you via email. You may also download your receipt in PDF for reference.
