HealthHub has updated how caregiver access works. From November 2026, caregivers will need full access to continue viewing their care recipients' health records.
The "(!) Pending Recipient Action" label means your care recipient hasn't accepted these access changes yet. To make sure you can still view their health records without interruption, ask them to tap "Accept Changes" in their Caregiver section.
