How can I find out when I should return for my next annual Health Plan check-in?

You can find the recommended month of your next annual Health Plan check-in on your Health Plan in HealthHub. To view this information, click on “Healthier SG” > “Health Plan”> “Next Health Plan Check-in”. You may also receive reminders from your assigned Cluster.
