All cluster-specific apps will fully transition to HealthHub by November 2026 and will be decommissioned in a staggered manner by February 2027. During this period, both your cluster app and HealthHub will run concurrently so there is no disruption to your healthcare services. If you are not already on HealthHub, we encourage you to start using it as soon as possible.
