What's Changing
We are simplifying caregiver access to make it easier for you to manage your caregivers. To continue giving your caregiver access to your health records, you will need to agree to the new settings. Under the new settings, your caregiver will have either full access or no access to your health records.
Your Existing Caregiver Access Settings
Your caregiver can still access the selected health records from national systems you originally chose to share until the new changes take effect.
If Your Caregiver Loses Access
You can re-appoint your caregiver at any time to restore full access to all your health records.
Key Highlights
List Management
We recommend limiting your caregivers and care recipients to ten people to keep your caregiving list manageable.

- You cannot view health records of deceased family members through HealthHub
- Available functions may change over time

Things to Know
As a parent or legal guardian, you keep access to all your child's health records. The caregiver access changes do not affect parent-child relationships.
Yes. If both you and your spouse have added your child as a care recipient, both of you can view and edit each other's entries.
You can help eligible care recipients enrol in Healthier SG through Health Profiles if both of these apply:
- Your care recipient has received the Healthier SG SMS invitation from the Ministry of Health (MOH), sent from the registered sender ID "gov.sg", not a number
- You have added them under "People under my care" on HealthHub
Your care recipient may have granted you access to upcoming appointments only. Contact them to update your level of access in HealthHub.
Note that from 23 November 2025, any newly appointed caregiver will automatically have full access to all their care recipient's health records.
If you recently received Singapore PR, official records can take some time to update. If you still can't add your child after a few working days, contact us at contact_us@healthhub.sg for further assistance.
Yes, once you have completed the adoption process. After the Court grants the Adoption Order and the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) issues a new birth certificate, you can add your child in HealthHub. For more information, visit the MSF Adoption website.
