The Appointments e-Service allows you to book, view, reschedule and cancel appointments for yourself, your child and your care recipients, subject to individual public healthcare institutions. To manage appointments for your child or care recipients, you must first ensure that you have added them as your care recipient in HealthHub. Once this is set up, simply tap Switch Profile to access their appointments.
HealthHub displays all appointments for both in-patient and out-patient visits at public healthcare institutions. This includes specialist consultations and X-ray examinations during hospital stays. Your appointments will be listed in chronological order, with your next upcoming appointment appearing at the top.
